Jake Tacher
Co-Founder
Jake found sales through music school and full-time ministry, giving him a creative lens on leadership and influence. After building his first remote sales team from 0 to 15+ reps, he built a track record of tripling revenue for high-ticket companies in under six months. That momentum led to his partnership with Dylan and the creation of Systemized Sales. Besides sales, Jake takes daily nature walks with his wife Janelle, runs Love People Apparel, and drums in a pop-punk cover band.

Dylan began his sales career grinding out 250+ cold calls a day in a Manhattan "boiler room"—eventually landing Berkshire Hathaway. Along the way, he uncovered a knack for automating repetitive sales tasks and boosting performance, which led him to launch Automated Revenue (now Systemized Sales) in 2021. Since then, he's transformed hundreds of businesses, built a team of like-minded innovators, retired his wife Mina, and created the freedom to feed his golf addiction.
